About Amber

My Passion
Behind The
Project.

Born in Katherine, NT, and raised as an athlete, I spent years competing in triathlon before making cycling my full-time focus in 2020. After three consecutive years as SA Female Triathlete of the Year, I made the jump to the UCI Women's WorldTour with Liv AlUla Jayco just three years later.

My background in Exercise & Sport Science means every program I write is grounded in physiology — not guesswork. I'm extremely passionate about building personalised programs that fit around your life — work, family, and social commitments included.

I've been coaching since 2019, working with beginner through to elite athletes to help them achieve things they once thought were impossible.
